Responsible for ensuring the hotel's housekeeping department runs smoothly and meets cleanliness standards. Their duties include: 
- Managing the housekeeping team
- Assisting the Executive Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping department, including the laundry and public areas 
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and meet the hotel's standards 
- Monitoring staff
- Assisting and monitoring housekeeping employees in their daily tasks, and informing housekeeping managers of any discrepancies 
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Ensuring that guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met 
- Maintaining a positive work environment
- Maintaining a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management 
- Training staff
- Ensuring training objectives and development plans are completed, and that all staff are trained to meet and exceed service standards 
Experience in Hotel Housekeeping, experience with leading a team and organizing date to day operations. Spanish/English bilingual speaking and writing abilities preferred.
