The Corporate Director of Real Estate plays a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of Henry Ford Health’s physical footprint across Southeast Michigan and beyond. Responsible for the strategic oversight and optimization of the organization’s extensive real estate portfolio, this leader ensures that every property—whether owned, leased, or newly developed—advances Henry Ford Health’s mission to provide accessible, innovative, and patient-centered care. The Director will guide strategy for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and facility operations to maximize performance, value, and alignment with long-term system growth. This position works in close partnership with senior executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners to translate business and clinical priorities into high-impact real estate solutions and reports directly to the Vice President, Planning, Development, Design, and Real Estate.
