We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support, enhance, and optimize our client's CRM platform. This role focuses on declarative development, system stability, end-user enablement, and continuous process improvement to drive business performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, flows, and validation rules.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and user-facing configurations.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot system and user issues; monitor performance and escalate as needed.
  • Document solutions, maintain enhancement and incident tracking, and train end users.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver updates and enhancements.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices to recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in application development or CRM support.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Mobile App).
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications required; Platform Developer II preferred.
  • Strong skills in Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Copado, Jira, and Salesforce DX.
  • Knowledge of integration (JSON/SOAP/REST/XML), data governance, and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
