We’re seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site technical assistance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role serves as the primary contact for hardware, software, and network support, working closely with employees, IT teams, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier II support for computers, mobile devices, printers, and other hardware.
- Act as on-site IT support for executive and high-priority issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate purchases, repairs, and replacements.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives (training, MFA, endpoint security).
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and assist with security audits.
- Collaborate with IT operations on infrastructure, servers, and network issues.
- Log and route business system issues to appropriate support teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 10/11 environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and antivirus tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Additional Details
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform basic physical IT setup tasks as needed.
