Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general upkeep
• Handle work orders and preventive maintenance tasks efficiently
• Assist with apartment turns and property improvements
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance emergencies

Requirements:

• HVAC Certification required
• Proven experience in apartment or property maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work independently
• Own tools is a plus
