JOB TITLE/LOCATION:

Entry Level – Assembly/Warehouse (Climate Controlled) - Cherokee County, GA

DESCRIPTION:

RBC AeroComponents, div of RBC Bearings is a contract aerospace manufacturing plant that takes pride in producing products for the private and military sector.

We have a full time position open in our warehouse. This is a great entry-level position with opportunities for advancement. Our employees on average have been with us for 10 years and we are looking for someone new to add to our team that is ready to start a career. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Hourly rate is $17. RBC AeroComponents encourages and supports continuing education for all employees.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

• Assembly of products using various tools that include but are not limited to pneumatic assembly tools
• Identify products using stamps and labels
• Package product for stock and/or customer shipments
• Verify and distribute receiving products and materials
• Standing or sitting for long periods of time and lifting up to 50lbs
• Safety for self and others is a priority to the individual
• Work in a team environment
• General math skills
• Backup driver for pickups and deliveries

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED required

EXPERIENCE:

• None required
• Previous warehouse experience and/or mechanical inclination a plus

SKILLS / CERTIFICATIONS:

• Must have a valid Georgia driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical
• Forklift license a plus but not required
