How you'll make an impact

A Producer within Gallagher Affinity is responsible for driving new business growth and maintaining strong client relationships within assigned affinity markets. This individual will identify opportunities, develop tailored insurance solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and partners. Success in this role requires a strong sales mindset, deep relationship skills, and the ability to deliver consultative solutions that align with client needs and Gallagher’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship development within affinity groups and association markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships to support retention and organic growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that achieve or exceed annual production goals.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and design insurance or benefit program solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal underwriting, marketing, and account management teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions with professionalism and confidence.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client information in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to position Gallagher effectively.
  • Represent Gallagher Affinity at industry events, conferences, and association meetings to strengthen market presence.

About You

  • 5-7+ years of experience in B2B Affinity - Association group sales, business development, and insurance brokerage
  • Active state insurance producer license (Life & Health required Property & Casualty optional)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing a full sales cycle.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Professional Designations and Key Association Industry Engagement preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
