Summary:
Responsible for all finance activities at AnMed Cannon including monthly journal vouchers and account reconciliations, coordinating the annual operating and capital budgets, preparing schedules for annual external audit, preparing tax workpapers, preparing cost report workpapers and serving as a liaison between AnMed and AnMed Cannon on any finance related questions.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for month-end journal vouchers for AnMed Plan, AnMed System, The AnMed Foundation, AnMed Enterprises, Piedmont Health Partners, and AnMed according to the master schedule of journal vouchers.
Responsible for account reconciliations according to the master schedule of account reconciliations.
Responsible for all journal vouchers, account reconciliations, and preparation of monthly financial statement for Foothills Community Foundation. Coordinates annual audit.
Researches and documents monthly revenue variances for AnMed. ï‚· Responsible for preparation of monthly AnMed Health Plan financial statement.
Coordinates the preparation of annual 990 tax workpapers for AnMed, AnMed System and The AnMed Foundation. Review 990 tax workpapers for AnMed Cannon.
Coordinates and compiles Community Benefit information. ï‚· Assists with annual audit.
Qualifications:
BS degree in Accounting or related field, 3-5 years similar experience required, MBA or CPA preferred.
This is a Multi-location position, 2 days at AnMed Cannon in Pickens, and 3 days at the Main Campus in Anderson
