Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty (PenFed Realty), a wholly owned subsidiary of PenFed Credit Union (PenFed), is hiring a (Hybrid) Real Estate Sales Support Specialist at our Alexandria, Virginia; Reston, Virginia or Fairfax/Oakton, Virginia office. The primary purpose of this job is to strongly support the Branch Manager and regional leadership in the growth of defined offices. This role is responsible for selling Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty’s value proposition, coaching agents on increased production, and implementing an office culture where agents thrive and want to grow their careers. The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in achieving the business goals of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty’s local brokerage offices.
