As a Global Audiology Development Graduate, you will go through three 8-months rotations. The first rotation will be at our HQ in Ballerup, then you transfer to a department outside Denmark for the second rotation, and finally you return to HQ for the third rotation in a different department.
Joining our Graduate Program on September 1st, 2026, you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization and your fellow graduate batch.

The team you will be part of:
The Global Audiology Development (GAD) team is a team of 12 audiologists located in the headquarter office in Ballerup, DK and in Glenview in US. We represent the hearing aid user and the fitting audiologist in development projects advocating for their user needs in the development of hearing solutions. We conduct usability testing during all development stages of hearing solutions. We are involved in the development of hearing aids, hearing aid accessories, apps, and fitting software.

Moreover, you will become part of a network together with 13 other fellow graduates, who are exploring different areas across GN, such as Finance, People & Communications, Digital, Data & IT, R&D, or Operations.
