As a Graduate in Global Quality, part of Global Operations, you will go through three 8-months rotations. The first rotation will be at our HQ in Ballerup, then you transfer to a department outside Denmark for the second rotation, and finally you return to HQ for the third rotation in a different department.
Joining our Graduate Program on September 1st, 2026, you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization and your fellow graduate batch.

Within our Global Quality organization, you’ll find colleagues of different backgrounds and nationalities working in a wide variety of countries. Our product portfolio spans the entire GN Group and ranges from hearing aids and headsets to video and gaming equipment.
During your program, you will be part of different teams – including the Quality Methods and Analytics team and the Product Quality team. Regardless of which team you’ll be joining, you will find yourself an equal member and sought-after resource.

Moreover, you will become part of a network together with 13 other fellow graduates. Some will also be working within Global Operations, while others are exploring areas such as Marketing, Finance, People & Culture, R&D, or Digital, Data and IT (DDI).
