THE OPPORTUNITY
As a member of the Facilities Department, you will be part of the team responsible for maintaining the aspirational look and feel of our world-class Distribution Centres. As the Senior Manager/Manager, Facilities (DCs), you will lead the operations and upkeep of Aritzia’s Distribution Centres, ensuring all environments are functional, reliable, and reflective of our brand standards. Managing the full lifecycle of facilities activities—from utilities and maintenance programs to vendor performance and budget control— you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, proactive issue resolution, and long-term asset integrity. The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
