Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Columbus, OH. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center and CI/CD DevOps practices to be considered.

Rate Range: $47/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer job responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain Guidewire Policy Center configurations, including rating and pricing logic using Gosu and Java.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment of Guidewire applications.
  • Integrate web technologies and REST APIs to enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions on Guidewire Cloud and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Guidewire data models, rules, and integrations for performance and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial insurance domain standards and contribute to product enhancements through agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of development experience, with strong exposure to Guidewire Policy Center and DevOps practices.
  • Completion of L3 training and certification in Guidewire Policy Center.
  • Proven experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and deploying solutions on Guidewire Cloud.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
