Description
The HR Department at ConcertoCare is seeking a Sr. Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to manage and support key HR processes for a high growth potential, fast-paced company in the healthcare provider industry.
As the SR. HRBP, you are:
- An experienced HR professional who is skilled at developing relationships and partnerships with all levels of colleagues while working remotely.
- Eager to learn and understand the different business lines to act in support of the company’s strategy and operating goals.
- An opportunity seeker who takes the initiative to be a resource for managers and leaders with coaching/performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, HR processes and procedures, compensation, and employee retention strategies.
- A high performer who is comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledgeable of HR best practices and comfortable conducting virtual training to a variety of audiences.
You will:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer, providing expert oversight and strategic management of core corporate HR functions to drive organizational effectiveness and business results.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough investigations and delivering fair, compliant, and timely outcomes.
- Evaluate, enhance, and implement HR processes and programs, proactively recommending improvements that align with best practices and evolving business needs.
- Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to design innovative solutions, programs, and policies that support talent optimization, organizational growth, and a high-quality employee experience.
- Deliver comprehensive HR guidance to employees and leaders—including employee relations, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development, and policy interpretation—ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by advancing people initiatives and fostering a culture where all employees can thrive.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with department and market leaders, positioning HR as a strategic business partner and trusted resource.
- Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of performance management processes and enterprise-wide training solutions, including coaching and developing front-line leaders and managers.
- Design and implement engagement strategies, facilitate focus groups, and coordinate team-building initiatives to strengthen organizational culture across all markets.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and execute strategies that make the organization a great place to work, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional business and HR projects, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and upholding the highest standards of integrity.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to organizational success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in progressively responsible roles in an HR-dedicated capacity.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical capabilities and ability to use data to drive HR solutions
- Ability to manage projects by developing a plan and communicating progress
- Excellent project management, organizational, prioritization, time management, and detail-oriented skills.
- Demonstrated advanced skills in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HR-related technologies such as ATS and HRIS applications. Experience with Paylocity is desired.
Base Salary/ Wage Range $120,000 to $145,000 plus annual bonus. Compensation for the role is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
