Summary
Provides technical support to department personnel in processing commercial insurance policies. Such serving will include verbal and written communication internally with staff and externally with current clients and other office support activities.

File Management
Responsibilities include:
Documenting all correspondence, following up for necessary information updates at appropriate times, and keeping the client files organized and up to date.

Teamwork
Works together with the team and with other departments, such as Marketing, Accounting, Claims, Producers, etc.. This includes conferencing with the Producer or Account Executive to discuss the execution of strategies. Manages PTO to work with departmental needs. Volunteers to back up and/or assist other Assistants as needed.

Determination
Displays commitment and initiative to meet department and agency education goals as set forth in the organization’s education program.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
