Position Summary:
Villanova University invites applications for an adjunct teaching position in the Department of Global Interdisciplinary Studies’ annual undergraduate Scholar-and-Field-Expert Lecture Series. This year’s theme is Sustainable Dining. The applicant must be committed to excellence in the teaching of sustainability and the culinary arts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Teaching and related duties will vary with the specific course(s) being taught.
Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a closely related discipline to the theme is required and/or experience suitable for course instruction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional in the culinary arts.

The Global Interdisciplinary Studies Department will accept applications for the two-week visiting instructorship in our Scholar-and-Field-Expert Lecture Series. The appointed lecturer will teach a one-credit course which is offered only in the spring semester and given the opportunity to deliver a public lecture as well. Recruitment is principally by invitation.
