What We’re Looking For:
We are hiring a Quality Assurance Representative to ensure our flooring installations in the Philadelphia area meet the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting our Operations and Installation teams.
- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Monday through Friday, the schedule does require flexibility based on client needs.
- Pay: Earn $20–$22 per hour
As a Quality Assurance Representative, You Will:
- Conduct on-site inspections of flooring installations to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Identify, document, and follow up on installation deficiencies.
- Provide feedback and coaching to installation teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to resolve client concerns.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and assist in refining quality control procedures.
- Support client satisfaction initiatives by ensuring installations consistently exceed expectations.
What We’re Looking for in a Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in flooring installation or related quality assurance work.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50% of the time).
- Forklift certification and valid driver’s license required.
