As a Lead Developer for AI / Senior AI Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our AI initiatives, leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our logistics operations and customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and operational needs. You will focus on developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agent solutions and Conversational AI systems to improve customer interactions and operational efficiency.

Grow together

• Lead the development and deployment of Conversational AI Products and Services
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agent solutions
• Design, develop and maintain scalable and secure AI infrastructure and systems
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and implement solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI developers
• Conduct research and experiments to validate AI models and improve their performance - Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices
• Communicate about AI concepts and solutions with non-technical stakeholders and conduct internal fares and knowledge sharing sessions

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior AI Software Engineer (3+ years)
• Proficient in implementing agent frameworks and LLM libraries, with strong experience in orchestrating multi-agent systems
• Strong background and experience with Conversational AI systems
• Practical experience in developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agent solutions
• Solid understanding of knowledge management systems, including knowledge graphs, within RAG solutions
• Strong grasp of prompt engineering techniques to optimize prompts for information retrieval use cases
• Extensive programming expertise in Python and familiarity with Node.js
• Significant experience working with No-SQL databases (vector, graph, document)
• Good experience in understanding and creating LLM evals
• Familiar with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Google Gemini Enterprise
• Experience with multimodal LLM (voice, text, images, video)
• Experienced in using Docker, Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of applications on-premise (Red Hat) or in public cloud
• Familiarity with fundamental machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, and model evaluation, to support informed decision-making in AI projects
