Job Responsibilities:
Under broad supervision, receives, stores and issues materials, equipment and other items. Performs manual and clerical tasks involved in the distribution of supplies and materials.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Vocational/Technical degree from an accredited college AND One year of experience in shipping and receiving
OR
High school diploma or GED AND Two years of experience in shipping and receiving
OR
One year of experience at the lower level Supply Warehouse Clerk 2 (FES011) or position equivalent.
Note: Some positions require possession of valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements
Category 2: Moderate to heavy physical activity and consistent exposure to working conditions that may interact with an employee's medical or fitness condition. Physical activity may involve heavy lifting, pushing or pulling; extended climbing, crawling or bending; and/or operation of potentially dangerous equipment (including motor vehicles).

The use of physical activity breaks during the workday is authorized to support this philosophy and help employees meet their wellness goals. A maximum of 30 minutes of physical activity may be allocated per workday, typically in the form of two 15-minute breaks or one 30-minute break.

DPH accepts educational credentials recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and/or the US Department of Education (DOE) as valid. DPH will contact educational institutions to verify degrees, diplomas, licensures, and other relevant credentials.
