Premier Medical Resources is hiring for a Talent Operations Coordinator in Houston, TX 77040!

SUMMARY: The Talent Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the seamless management of contingent workforce and remote team operations by serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors. This role drives process enhancements, maintains accurate documentation, leverages data to inform decisions, and ensures that staffing operations and vendor partnerships function with precision, consistency, and measurable impact.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Staffing

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and vendors to source, screen, and place contingent staff.
  • Oversee the full staffing lifecycle, including interviews, onboarding, offboarding, and time tracking.
  • Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance, understanding how contract terms impact operations and service delivery.
  • Process and track staffing agency invoices and time approvals, collaborating with Accounting to ensure timely, accurate payments.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of contracts, deliverables, and vendor performance.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements to streamline staffing processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address staffing challenges, resolve escalations, and improve overall workforce efficiency.

Remote Team Support (RTS)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for RTS staffing, operational needs, and vendor coordination.
  • Support initial system access and onboarding tasks to ensure remote staff are fully prepared on day one.
  • Ensure all remote staff complete required Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and other compliance documentation before starting.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and onboarding resources to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Track and analyze workforce metrics, such as utilization, cost, and time approval trends, to identify opportunities for improvement and guide decision-making.
  • Monitor RTS utilization and costs, recommending process improvements, automation, or workflow adjustments to optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to maintain compliance, align processes, and ensure operational efficiency across departments.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Experience managing contingent workforce programs or supporting remote teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience creating workflow documentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to build strong relationships across teams and vendors.
  • Proactive approach to process improvement, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills in analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, and developing effective, practical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy and thoroughness in all work deliverables, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality in every aspect of execution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • One (1) year of experience managing remote teams/virtual agents, or
  • One (1) year of experience recruiting (sourcing, scheduling, onboarding candidates)
