Description

Performs various duties regarding servicing incoming and outgoing mail to the MSC Campus, imaging loan documents, processing mail, and providing supplies to the MSC and branch teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process various back-office duties, which include file and batch processing
  • Deliver/sort all mail and Green Bags for the MSC and branch locations
  • Image documents in a timely manner
  • Review images for readability and retain documents for permanent storage
  • Supply ordering and delivery
  • Process payoffs sent through mail/FedEx/UPS and release paid loans
  • Process skip payments
  • Ensure member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service.
  • Write & maintain policies, procedures and assist in credit union training.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School diploma / GED preferred. 0-1 years of experience preferred. Ability to work with little supervision. Must be organized. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.

Performance Standard:

A demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union staff. Must be accurate in balancing and account research. Be able to diagnose simple problems. Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).
  • Sit for extended periods of time.
  • Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.
  • Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Reach keyboards.
  • Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
