Reporting to the Sr Director of Recruiting based in Boston, the Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in delivering exceptional hiring outcomes and shaping the growth of our teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract, and engage top talent across multiple functions.
This position is ideal for someone who brings strong sourcing expertise, thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch recruiting environment, and is motivated by building meaningful relationships with both candidates and internal clients. While you’ll manage the end-to-end recruiting process, the focus will be on strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and process excellence. Support and mentorship will be available to continue developing advanced closing and offer management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of roles, with emphasis on sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
- Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to identify top talent in competitive markets.
- Own the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring professionalism, clarity, and engagement throughout the process.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create effective job postings, and align on hiring criteria.
- Coordinate interviews, debriefs, and offer discussions, ensuring a seamless process for all stakeholders.
- Drive proactive sourcing efforts across multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and future roles.
- Apply data-driven sourcing approaches and talent mapping to identify new candidate pools and market insights.
- Serve as a trusted partner to hiring leaders, providing strategic guidance, market insights, and timely communication.
- Manage expectations and priorities across multiple stakeholders, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Act as a representative of the company’s brand, communicating our values and culture to prospective candidates.
- Oversee multiple searches simultaneously with attention to detail, deadlines, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data within the ATS and reporting systems.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to process optimization and recruiting operations initiatives to drive scalability and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated strength in sourcing and high-touch hiring (technology or professional services industry preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously with precision and accountability.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and relationship management capabilities across all levels of the business.
- Experience with ATS and CRM platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday Recruiting).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative team player eager to grow closing and offer negotiation skills.

Location: Boston, Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
US Salary Range:
$115,000–$140,000 plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
