We are seeking a skilled and dependable Administrative Assistant I to provide temporary administrative support. This position is more advanced than entry-level roles and involves performing routine clerical and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and format professional correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Organize and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to callers.
  • Support general office operations and assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must have your own vehicle.
  • Must be professional, punctual, and reliable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or coursework preferred.
  • Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
