We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support our clients’ administrative operations. This temporary role will assist with essential office functions such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform electronic and hard copy filing of documents.
  • Scan and correctly name files for digital storage.
  • Copy documents and enter data into various internal systems.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must have your own vehicle.
  • Must be professional, punctual, and reliable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Prior administrative experience is a plus but not required.
