Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

Candidates must have a valid G Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team that values professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. You’ll use specialized Hypervac equipment (non-truck mounted, portable commercial-grade system on a dolly). This is a physical, hands-on role that requires strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean air ducts, vents, and HVAC components using specialized tools and equipment
• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company procedures
• Provide excellent customer service — answer client questions and address concerns
• Generate leads by cross-selling additional HVAC services on-site
• Document completed work, issues, and recommendations for management
• Work collaboratively with other team members to complete jobs efficiently and accurately

Requirements

• Valid G Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract (required)
• Previous duct cleaning or HVAC experience is an asset
• Physically fit — able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movement, bending, and stair work
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and air duct cleaning techniques
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
