About the role

HealthFitness is looking for a substitute/as-needed Group Class Instructor to join the Delhi Athletic Club team at our community client site located in Cincinnati, OH. This facility also includes a cultural arts and banquet center in addition to the fitness and aquatics areas.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 45 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
