Roles are on offer for this apprenticeship across several different teams, including:
Children's & Education: Children’s & Education is home to inspiring content for UK kids across TV, digital and social platforms. As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll support day-to-day operations, help organise meetings, prepare reports, and assist with exciting projects. You’ll build skills in communication and problem-solving, with access to training in Business Governance and Introduction to Business Organisations. It’s a chance to learn, grow, and be part of a team that makes a real impact.
Business Management & Administration:The Business Management and Administration (BMA) team supports the Chief Operating Officers Group (COOG) through collaboration, purchasing, governance, and expert advice. With around 70 members, BMA drives initiatives, manages meetings, and assists directors. The team values innovation, continuous improvement, and embraces technologies like AI. Joining BMA means gaining experience, making an impact, and being part of a close-knit, forward-thinking group that helps the business run smoothly and efficiently across divisions.
BBC Commercial, Rights & Business Affairs (CRBA): In CRBA, we negotiate, secure and advise on BBC Group intellectual property rights, commercial opportunities & distribution for TV, audio, and online across all content genres. We build key relationships with external partners, create collaborations and shape underlying strategies; supporting productions, acquisitions and digital transformation across the industry and drive public service and commercial ambitions.
As a Business Administrator (BAA26) apprentice, this is brilliant opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute – you will:
You’ll study for your industry recognised apprenticeship qualification, learning both on and off the job. This means you’ll spend at least one day a week studying for a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with our learning provider, using its virtual delivery platform.
