Responsibilities

The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. 1. Identify and approach potential business partners (MCNs, agencies, talent organizations, or media companies) that can contribute to TikTok Live’s ecosystem growth. 2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring mutual understanding and sustainable collaboration for business growth. 3. Onboard and train new partners, ensuring they are aligned with TikTok Live’s goals, content strategy, and operational standards. 4. Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets, including agency expansion, content diversification, and talent acquisition. 5. Work cross-functionally with internal teams (content, marketing, product, and data) to support partners and drive performance improvements. 6. Lead workshops, presentations, and partner engagement sessions to communicate platform updates, opportunities, and best practices. 7. Monitor and analyze performance metrics of agencies and creators, preparing regular reports and recommending improvements. 8. Continuously explore new partnership models and collaboration opportunities in the live-streaming, entertainment, and digital media sectors. 9. Ensure all partnerships contribute positively to TikTok Live’s brand, user experience, and community safety

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Media, Communications, or a related field. 2. Below 3 years of experience in business development within the internet, media, or entertainment industry. 3. Proven track record in identifying, approaching, and closing strategic partnerships that drive business growth. 4. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment with external partners. 5. Target-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals under pressure with Data driven mindset. 6. Hands-on experience managing agency or partner operations, with a structured approach to onboarding, support, and performance monitoring. 7. Fluent in speaking and written proficiency required for both English and Arab language. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Have strong data analysis skills, be able to identify problems and discover opportunities through data and provide strong support for operation decisions. 2. Be proficient in various community operation tools (such as management tools for WeChat communities, QQ communities and other platforms), and have certain event planning abilities.
