Ready for a role that challenges you and a company that cares? We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team.

As the face of our community, you will welcome prospects, showcase apartment homes, and help residents feel right at home. You will play a key role in the leasing process—handling tours, applications, move-ins, and renewals—all while delivering top-notch customer service and embodying our motto: “A Friendly Home.” There is a high level of sales and follow up with prospective residents required.

What You Bring:

• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication and time management
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Sales experience (property management or leasing is a plus!)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a bonus
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred (but not required):

• NALP certification
• Fair Housing training
• Degree in Marketing or related field

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with occasional weekends depending on leasing demand.
