Analyze data for channel strategy and promotion planning and draft planning documents to support implementing and accomplishing Coupang's mid to long-term business strategy and sales goals

Position : Biz. Marketing Specialist

We are searching for a data-driven individual able to dive deep on complex marketing initiatives, to drive overall channel-level performance that can help accomplish Coupang's mid to long-term business strategy and sales goals. This individual will be instrumental in the success of our growth marketing goals and will develop strong career defining skillsets along the way.

What will you do?

Growth Advertising Management:

  • Design, implement, and optimize display advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other growth channels to improve ROAS performance.
  • Conduct audience analysis to ensure campaigns target the most relevant audiences at the most relevant frequency using the most relevant creatives.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and increase conversion rates.
  • Analyze new customer behaviors and needs to adjust advertising content and delivery strategies.
  • Monitor and report on new customer acquisition performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign performance using a variety of analytics tools (such as MMPs, other internal tools).
  • Generate regular reports providing in-depth insights into campaign performance.
  • Develop and adjust marketing strategies based on data analysis and business inputs.
  • Strong understanding of MMPs and related topics e.g. install fraud. Strong undertanding of product feed and related topis e.g. automation, image improvement and other algorithms.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure advertising campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Provide professional advice and training to help team members enhance their skills.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of display advertising management experience, particularly on Meta/TikTok/Social channels
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
