Job Description
The Guest Services Supervisor is key to the overall experience of our guests---leading the team who makes the first and last impression of our hotel for all of our guests. If you have a solid knowledge of hotel operations, strong people skills and work ethic, a positive and encouraging management style, and last but not least, a propensity for creativity and flair, this role is perfect for you!
What you will be doing
Manages the front desk, hotel lobby, and a seamless arrival and departure experience for guests | Oversees all aspects of managing the Guest Services team including hiring, training and performance management | Acts as liaison among multiple hotel departments and overall hotel operations
The ideal candidate for this position
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills | Solid understanding of training and working within hotel brand standards | Ability to optimize guest satisfaction | Computer proficiency | Minimum of 2 years Guest Services and supervisory experience | Associates degree or some college preferred
