Kennebunkport Resort Collection is a group of boutique properties located in the beautiful seaside town of Kennebunkport, Maine. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding hospitality experiences not only to our guests but also to our valued team members. KRC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Staff Housing Cleaner. This vital role helps ensure our employee housing facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for our seasonal and year-round team members.

• This role will be 2 days per week, November-April.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning of common areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and laundry rooms.
• Deep clean rooms and shared spaces during staff move-outs or turnovers.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and communicate needs to the People + Culture Team.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with light groundskeeping duties as needed (e.g., trash removal, outdoor tidiness).
• Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists.
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with staff residents.
