We are hiring Cluster SPA Director of South China

As Cluster SPA Director of South China, We rely on you to：

• Regional budget management, financial analysis benchmarked against key business KPIs and provides insights for improvement.
• Regular visits to each business unit to monitor operations and service quality, meet with staff and management.
• To ensure compliance with company standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance staff business acumen skills and wellness technical knowledge (where applicable).
• Attend monthly conference call with Headquarters Wellness team and each spa leader on spa P&L, challenges and successes.
• Develop promotional materials and other marketing tools to assist with revenue generation at each property.

We are looking for someone who:

• Preferably has more than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and evaluation skills.
• Market-savvy, with a proven ability to develop potential clients and expertise in marketing and special projects.
• Good command of English both in oral and written.
• A strong team player with an enthusiastic and dynamic personality.
