Job Title: IOP Phlebotomist
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated phlebotomists to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for drawing blood and performing specimen processing in a doctor's office setting. You will play a crucial role in the collection, receipt, and preparation of biological specimens for analytical testing, ensuring accurate data entry into our computer system. This position also involves performing specified analytical testing as assigned, while adhering to our Code of Conduct guidelines.

Work Environment
You will work as a phlebotomist inside a doctor's office, drawing blood from patients and collaborating closely with medical assistants. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, at Scottsdale, AZ. Our environment offers opportunities for growth, with a career ladder that allows for advancement to a Phlebotomy Technician 2 after six months, along with a 4% pay increase. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
