Material Handler
Express Employment on 61st and Center is recruiting for 2nd shift Material Handler’s to join a company in Omaha, NE.
Position Details:
- Type: Evaluation Hire
- Schedule: 2nd shift hours
- Location: Omaha, NE
- Pay/Salary: Up to $27/hour
Job Duties:
- Load, unload, move, and store materials within the warehouse or production facility.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by labeling, organizing, and tracking materials.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of materials according to company policies.
- Supply production lines with materials as needed to meet workflow demands.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a material handler, warehouse worker, or in a related role preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (if applicable).
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
