What You'll Do

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for our RISE team in BCGU to provide strategic and operational leadership across our marketing function. This role will define the integrated marketing strategy (paid, organic, and brand), establish clear KPIs, and mentor the team. The ideal candidate combines hands-on executional ability with strategic vision — and knows how to leverage AI to drive smarter decisions, faster content development, and more efficient marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Own and evolve the end-to-end marketing strategy, integrating paid, organic, and brand-building activities.
  • Performance & Organic Integration: Set and track KPIs for all marketing activities — from CAC to organic traffic, engagement, and conversion rates — using AI-enabled analytics and attribution tools.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the performance marketer and content & organic growth manager, fostering a culture of data-driven creativity and continuous improvement.
  • AI in Marketing: Champion the use of AI to enhance marketing workflows (campaign planning, content generation, segmentation, personalization, insights, and reporting). Identify and integrate AI tools that increase team efficiency and output quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product and sales leadership to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and customer insights.
  • Brand Development: Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints, using AI tools for sentiment analysis, social listening, and trend identification.
  • Budget & Channel Optimization: Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend efficiently between performance and organic growth activities.

What You'll Bring

  • 10–12 years of marketing experience, ideally in growth-stage tech or digital-first organizations.
  • Proven track record in building organic growth engines (SEO, content, social) and integrating them with paid acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver measurable results.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot AI, Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT, Synthesia, SurferSEO, Mutiny, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
