Job Summary
The Content Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing the creation and management of digital content across various platforms and Sprinklr Developer. This role requires expertise in multiple CMS products and front-end technologies. The candidate will work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless content delivery and enhancing user experience. The role demands a proactive approach to content strategy and execution contributing to the companys digital transformation goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production and management of digital content across multiple platforms to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content strategies that align with business objectives.
- Utilize advanced CMS products like Contentful SiteCore and AEM to streamline content workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Lead the development of user-friendly interfaces using technologies such as Angular React and JavaScript to improve user engagement.
- Ensure the integration of CSS Pre Processors and CSS Grid for responsive and adaptive web design.
- Implement best practices in UI development to create visually appealing and functional digital experiences.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable content plans.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the content production team to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive optimization efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in content management and front-end development.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Contribute to the development of new products in the T&H domain by leveraging domain expertise.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all content production activities.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in CMS products such as Contentful SiteCore and AEM.
- Demonstrate proficiency in front-end technologies including Angular React and JavaScript.
- Have experience with CSS Pre Processors and CSS Grid for advanced styling techniques.
- Exhibit knowledge of UI development best practices and responsive design principles.
- Show familiarity with domain-specific skills in New Product Development for T&H.
- Display excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid model.
