This team leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with our business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning, and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Associate Manager HR Talent and Learning

Responsibilities:

• Handling Risk Management Certification, WPPE-P, AAJI, and WAPERD database (ensuring all relevant employees are certified)
• Coordinating with Network and other business functions on internal and external training and certification
• Executing adhoc talent and wellness programs both local and regional
• Supervising BPO for administrative support on training and certification matters

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with 3-5 years of experience
• Experience handling bank related certification (RMC, WPPE-P, AAJI, WAPERD)
• Detail oriented, good data analysis and ability to operate excel (pivot, chart, etc)
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability, initiative and ability to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in dealing with different stakeholder at all levels • Proven ability to work collectively
• Effective time management and planning skills
• Language: Fluent verbal and written English and Indonesia required.
