Your role with us

As a Financial Analyst for Salem Health Medical Group Support, you will analyze financial data to provide timely and accurate recommendations that support strategic decision-making by senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include consulting with business owners on financial matters, support forecasting and long-range planning, and help improve efficiency by identifying cost-saving opportunities. Using tools like Axiom, Clarity, and Epic, you will contribute to financial planning projects, develop business cases, and maintain strong collaborative relationships across departments.

What you'll do

  • Analyze financial reports and data to deliver timely, accurate recommendations that inform senior leadership decision-making.
  • Provide financial consultation and support to business owners across the organization.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of monthly reporting, costing, forecasting, and long-range financial planning tools.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost-saving efficiencies by analyzing operational processes.
  • Develop business cases using financial models such as NPV, ROI, and sensitivity analysis to support investment and strategic decisions.
  • Utilize financial planning software such as Axiom, Clarity, and Epic to support analysis and forecasting efforts.
  • Collaborate effectively with leadership and departments while managing timelines for various financial planning projects.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, accounting, or economics

Additional information

  • Financial Analyst or Accounting experience is preferred
