Position Summary

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our companys success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards. The Pallet Wrapper prepares pallets of out-going freight for shipping by maneuvering and utilizing the robotic wrapping machine and transports pallets with an electric pallet jack. The position functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities:

• Reviews work schedule, obtains supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations.
• Performs safety check on pallet jack / forklift to be used and ensure that all other safety devices are functioning properly.
• Ensures work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
• Wraps pallets with cellophane, secure load/pallets and make sure shipping labels are in place as needed.
• Moves out going products from staging area to the loading dock with forklift.
• Operates and maintains production equipment.
• Performs general housekeeping duties and keeps warehouse area/loading dock clear and clean as required.
• Puts on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
• At the end of the shift, secures all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Meets required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
