Qualifications:
- Ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and the community, promoting teamwork and school spirit.
- Strong understanding of the specified sport, including rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Previous coaching experience at the secondary level is preferred.
- Experience at the varsity or collegiate level is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes to excel both academically and athletically.
- Skilled in teaching fundamental techniques and promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and personal growth.
- Preference will be given to certified district employees or individuals who have successfully completed the State Athletic Certification program, assuming all other qualifications are equal.
