You will provide a customer-focused internal support service, assisting fee-earning staff and operational teams across the business. Working as part of a centralised UK-wide support network, you will handle a range of office-based and operational tasks, supporting teams such as Health and Safety, Compliance, Facilities, and Procurement.

Your role requires a calm, confident approach to manage complex queries, promote positive change, and ensure smooth office operations. Key Accountabilities:

Deliver excellent internal customer support, adapting communication to meet diverse needs and escalating complex issues appropriately.
Support office operations including facilities maintenance, IT equipment monitoring, and compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., SSHEQ, Marketing, Facilities, Procurement) to assist with audits, compliance, and process improvements.
Proactively identify and resolve challenges, providing practical solutions aligned with central service standards.
Take ownership of your workload, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and supporting colleagues as needed.
Be flexible to accommodate urgent requests, occasional travel, and out-of-hours support when necessary.
Advocate best practices in GDPR, compliance, and office procedures.

Skills & Experience:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
Highly articulate with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Friendly, approachable, and comfortable working in a busy professional environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
Effective problem solver with sound decision-making abilities.
Willingness to learn and grow within the role to provide high-quality service.
Able to work well as a team and on your own.
Willingness to be flexible and adaptable.
Ability to adapt to new ways of working, including the introduction of new technologies.
