  • Provide technical guidance and product capability overviews to non-technical users.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Explore Business Analysts, Sales, and Account Executives to troubleshoot issues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate and execute testing of new customer products, including data file intake, system configuration, and results analysis.

Compliance & Security

  • Familiarity with data privacy and security protocols (e.g., file encryption, secure FTP, HIPAA or similar frameworks).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, with a strong attention to detail.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
