The Event Specialist will strengthen the team’s operational capacity, streamline execution, and enable senior team members to focus on strategic planning, innovation, and executive engagement.
What You Can Expect
The Event Specialist plays an essential role on Marvell’s Global Events & Trade Shows team, supporting the planning and execution of high-profile corporate events, industry trade shows, and internal programs. This position provides critical logistical, operational, and analytical support to ensure that every event reflects Marvell’s standard of excellence and delivers exceptional experiences for executives, customers, partners, and employees.

What We're Looking For
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in event planning, trade shows, or marketing operations. Technology or semiconductor industry experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Cvent, or similar event management tools.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%)
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
70,400 - 105,400, $ per annum
The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
