Stuller's dedicated Logistics Operations team performs an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from automated and manual stock locations, and sorting and packing orders. Our Transportation and International Logistics team, including warehouse associates who stock and process freight, and auditors who review invoices, assign charges, and liaise with brokers and carriers, plays a critical role in ensuring goods are transported efficiently and cost-effectively with our motor freight carriers.

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for efficiently stocking and maintaining the Transportation and International Logistics Warehouse. This role involves processing incoming freight, managing inventory locations, and supporting the timely movement of goods through safe and accurate warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to company attendance and performance policies.
  • Pick and invoice TCS warehouse items for customer orders.
  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming products.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Assign appropriate locations to inventory and replenish items between warehouses (AFSO10 and AFSO11).
  • Research and resolve diverted items and cycle count discrepancies.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load and unload motor freight deliveries.
  • Manage the receipt and delivery of TCS items efficiently and accurately.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating a forklift, pallet jack, or cherry picker.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Familiarity with tool products or related inventory.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and cherry pickers.
