Title: Machine Operator

Pay: $16.25 to $18.25/hr

What You'll Do:

• Operate up to 3 machines at once while keeping production running smoothly.
• Perform quality checks, remove defective products, and ensure correct labeling/packaging.
• Keep machines stocked with raw materials and perform minor troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all company procedures.
• Pack, tape, stack, and wrap products accurately to meet production standards.
• Support teammates and assist other roles in the department when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 6 months of machine operator experience or similar manufacturing exp.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Basic math and English skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand/walk throughout your shift.
