As a Clinical Pharmacist – PRN Weekend, you will provide vital support for centralized pharmacy operations by rotating through responsibilities such as order clarification, IV preparation and operational coverage. You will also engage in clinical monitoring activities, including rounding with providers and nursing teams to ensure safe and effective medication use. In this role, your expertise in drug selection, dosing and interactions will help optimize patient outcomes and enhance quality of care. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your clinical knowledge in a flexible weekend role while contributing to a collaborative, patient-focused pharmacy team.
This is a PRN weekender position. Shifts will be based on facility needs.
