This position will play a crucial role in administratively supporting our External Operations department, which manages our service provider network. This individual will be responsible for generating and vetting leads, as wells as promoting AAA Northeast automotive opportunities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable and enthusiastic about making phone calls and engaging with people over the phone.

What you will do:

  • Provide administrative support to Field Consultants and Management so they may achieve monthly and quarterly member satisfaction targets.
  • Independently uncover and qualify potential leads.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses. Guide prospects through program requirements and document all activity.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing deliverables, campaigns and initiatives, utilizing multimedia formats. Update and maintain the AAA Northeast Service Provider online portal. Track effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements.
  • Work closely with the Management and AAA resources to strengthen messaging and achieve common goals. Provide insights and feedback to help refine sales and marketing tactics.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions and professional development.

Work Model: Hybrid, full-time (3 days on-site in Providence RI, 2 days remote)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5 pm (can be flexible)

Compensation: $23.50 - $26.25 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual bonuses are some of the additional forms of compensation offered. Education

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred

Experience

  • 3-5+ years experience in administrative support or office management required.
  • 2+ years experience in customer service, telemarketing or a similar role required
