What you would be doing

You’ll design and deliver a bold growth strategy that expands our executive education and lifelong learning portfolio. Working with leaders in industry, government, and academia, you’ll co-create programmes that respond to urgent skills needs. You’ll lead a high-performing team, nurture impactful partnerships, and make Imperial the destination for future-focused professional learning.

What we are looking for

• Proven success in executive education or professional learning business development.
• Commercial acumen and track record of driving year-on-year revenue growth.
• Strong ability to influence and build partnerships at senior levels.
• A collaborative, inspiring leader who thrives on innovation and impact.
