CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Customer Service Representatives in the Wilmington, MA area!
As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience

Responsibilities:
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
Monitor progress of delivery routes
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Desired Background/Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment preferred
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
Solid ability to multitask
Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
Speaking language proficiency preferred
Other Information:
The following shifts are available:
Sun-Tue and Fri and Sat 10am-6:30pm – Wed and Thurs OFF $20-$21
Sun-Thurs 10am-6:30pm – Fri and Sat OFF
Tues – Sat 7:30am-4:00pm, Sun and Mon OFF
